Terms of Service

By purchasing or using services from try99 ("try99," "we," "us"), operated by Fullstakr LLC, a California limited liability company, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

try99 offers Launch, a monthly subscription ($69/mo) including an AI-generated website and a 24/7 AI phone receptionist; and Launch Pro, a monthly subscription ($129/mo) including a human-built, human-maintained website and a 24/7 AI phone receptionist. What's included in each plan is as shown at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make purchasing decisions on behalf of the business you're ordering for.

Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details. Pricing is charged in USD. Prices are subject to change, but the price you pay at checkout is the price honored for your order. Launch and Launch Pro are billed monthly until canceled.

After payment, you'll complete a short intake form describing your business, services, service area, and preferred look. We use this information to build your site and configure your AI receptionist. Launch sites are generated the same day and are ready for your review — nothing goes live publicly until you approve it in your portal. Launch Pro sites are human-built and reviewed before going live, subject to available build slots. Providing inaccurate or incomplete business information may delay delivery or affect the result.

Website content and layout for Launch may be generated using artificial intelligence from the information you provide. AI-generated content is provided for your convenience and isn't guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free. Before approving your site, you're responsible for reviewing it — including confirming it's accurate, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and complies with any laws or industry rules that apply to your business (for example, licensing claims or required disclosures).

Our AI phone receptionist answers calls to your dedicated number, identifies your business by name, discloses that the caller is speaking with an automated assistant, and notifies callers that the call may be recorded and transcribed — at the start of every call, including in states that require all parties to consent to a recorded call. It's automated and may misunderstand or mishandle a request, particularly urgent ones — you remain responsible for how your business responds and for directing callers to emergency services when needed.

Once delivered, the website content and design created specifically for your business is yours to use. By using the service, you grant try99 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate that content solely to provide the service to you. try99 retains ownership of its own underlying templates, code framework, and build tooling — you're not purchasing rights to our internal system, only to the site built for you.

Every order includes our satisfaction guarantee — see our Refund Policy for full details. If your Launch site isn't right, your Launch Pro build isn't what we promised, or your AI receptionist isn't working as it should, tell us within 7 days of signing up and we'll fix it or refund your first payment.

Canceling stops future billing at the end of your current period. We don't automatically take your website or receptionist offline when you cancel — if you'd like it taken down immediately, email support@try99.app.

Launch and Launch Pro include usage intended for normal business call volume. We'll reach out if your account is consistently exceeding typical usage.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information and content you provide. We may decline to build or may take down a site containing illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or content misrepresenting a business that isn't yours to represent.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from try99 ("try99," "we," "us") related to your order, account, appointment confirmations and reminders, and call/lead notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or emailing support@try99.app. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing doesn't affect transactional messages about an active order.

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, such as leads, calls, or sales, resulting from having a website.

To the extent permitted by law, try99's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access to any account or service for violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days of notice may be brought in the state or federal courts located in California. Any claim arising from these terms must be brought within one year after it arises, or it's permanently barred.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
