Is my website actually built for my business, or a generic template?
Depends on your plan. Launch generates your site from the details you give us — your services, service area, contact info, and business name — with the structure proven for local trades but the copy and layout specific to your business. Launch Pro skips the AI step: one of our designers builds your site by hand from the same details, then keeps it updated afterward. Either way, it's not a stock template with your logo pasted on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both Launch and Launch Pro are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from your account whenever you want — no forms, no runaround.
What does the AI receptionist actually do?
It answers your business line 24/7, handles the caller professionally, collects their name, number, address, and what they need, and sends you a summary in your portal after every call. It's trained on your business details from the same intake form as your website.
What if I go over my call minutes?
Both plans include a generous monthly allowance for typical small-shop call volume — the AI receptionist works the same way on Launch and Launch Pro. If you're consistently over, we'll let you know before anything changes — no surprise cutoff mid-call.
What's the difference between Launch and Launch Pro?

Do you offer a human-built option?
Yes — that's Launch Pro. Instead of the AI building your site, one of our designers builds it by hand and keeps it updated going forward — new promotions, seasonal changes, extra pages — all included in the $129/mo price, along with the same AI receptionist as Launch.
How do I connect my own domain?
Open My website in your portal and find the Custom domain card. You'll need to own a domain already — we don't sell them — and your site has to be live. Enter the domain, add the DNS record we show you at your registrar, then click Check again. DNS changes can take a while to show up, so if it doesn't verify right away, wait a bit and check again.
Why isn't my site live yet?
Your Launch site is built from the business details you submit in My website, so it starts once those are in. It then generates automatically, and the first version waits for your OK: open My website, look over the preview, and click Approve & publish. If you see an error instead, click Try again — and if that doesn't fix it, use Need help? and we'll take a look. On Launch Pro, a designer reviews your details within one business day and builds the site by hand.
How do I change how my AI receptionist answers calls?
Open AI receptionist in your portal and scroll to “How your receptionist talks.” You can change the voice, the greeting callers hear, answers to common questions, how to handle urgent or after-hours calls, and anything else it should know. Save when you're done. These settings only change phone calls — they don't touch your website.
How do I update my payment method or cancel?
Click Manage billing at the top of your portal, or open Billing & plan. It opens our secure billing page, where you can update your card and manage or cancel your plan. Plans are month-to-month, so there's nothing to negotiate or call us about.
